A millionaire mogul in Las Vegas is alleging his “con artist” Instagram model ex used his mansions to take nude pictures for her OnlyFans account.
The Daily Mail reports the allegations against the OnlyFans and Instagram model Stefanie Gurzanski were made by Las Vegas time share magnate and her ex boyfriend Stephen Cloobeck.
Cloobeck, 59, is seeking a restraining order against Gurzanski, 26, following her bid to also get a restraining order from her former partner.
“Cloobeck, the founder and former CEO of Diamond Resorts International as well as a prominent Democratic donor, accused the much-younger Gurzanski of tricking him into believing she was a legitimate fashion model,” The Mail writes. The Las Vegas Review Journal reports the businessman left the company in 2016.
The filings level explosive allegations that Gurzanski, 26, is a ‘con artist’ who bilked him for $1.3 million in gifts over their roughly six-month relationship, and come after the model obtained her own temporary restraining order against the mogul.
EXCLUSIVE: Las Vegas timeshare mogul sues Instagram star Stefanie Gurzanski claiming she ‘secretly posed in his mansions and jet for nude pics to sell on OnlyFans and conned him into lavishing her with $1.3M in gifts’
The businessman claims his Instagram model ex actually made her living on OnlyFans and used his opulent homes as backdrops for her racy content released on the site.
In contrast, Gurzanski claims Cloobeck is a jilted former lover who is using the lawsuit threats as a way to force her back into a relationship with him.
He first met Gurzanski through a mutual friend in the summer of 2020, soon after splitting with his wife of 22 years, and the two “seemed to hit it off immediately,” court filings stated.
According to The Daily Star, Cloobeck claims he now believes Gurzanski was just using him for his money.
“Many of the OnlyFans and social media photographs published by Gurzanski feature Cloobeck’s fixtures, furnishings, and luxury goods.”
“Stephen has made it very clear that unless I return to our relationship, he will continue to threaten and harass me and attempt to ruin my life,” the Instagram model ex said of her former partner’s issue with her OnlyFans.
“He started telling me that I was no longer allowed to publish pictures on Onlyfans.com. I told him that I was going to keep doing my work as it is a source of income.”
Gurzanski said she shot down a marriage proposal from Cloobeck because he wanted her to stop publishing content on OnlyFans.
Cloobeck alleges that the OnlyFans pictures taken on his property represent an invasion of privacy.
He’s longtime friends with former U.S. Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, one of the most influential politicians in Nevada history, and considers him a mentor.
The businessman’s allegations about his Instagram and OnlyFans model ex stem from a larger claim about a bizarre matchmaking scheme, KNBC in Los Angeles reported previously.
Cloonbeck alleges he was defrauded by a matchmaker who “told Cloobeck that she could find him a woman that would take care, love and cherish him for the rest of his life,” the suit stated.
“As the result of Gurzanski’s fraud, Cloobeck’s heart was broken and he was duped out of significant assets.”
Gurzanski, who received a temporary restraining order against Cloobeck, says she was the one misled by the businessman, who allegedly displayed controlling behavior throughout their months-long relationship, saying things like “now you can never leave me” and “You’re going to be dealing with me forever” and “I will haunt you for the next 10 to 20 years.”
“He began attacking me and everyone around me with the intent of hurting me, isolating me from my friends and family, and he also began to try and destroy my financial independence.”
